Why doesn't the thermometer show the temperature, only the dotted line or 32℉(0°)?
1. The probe isn't paired with the host.
2. Make sure the probe is in the host, then press and hold the setup button for 6 seconds to reconnect.
Why is it disconnected from the probe? Is it a matter of distance?
1. Cooking devices with overly good sealing may cause Bluetooth signals to weaken.
2. Plase place the base station next to the equipment and control it using the mobile app.
3. When using foil for roasting, insert the probe after wrapping the meat in foil, keeping the ceramic tip (signal transmitter) outside the foil.
Probe won't charge?
The grease on the probe's surface affects charging. Please wipe it clean and try charging again.
One thermometer can only correspond to one cellphone?
Yes, One meat thermometer only supports to connect to one cellphone.
Could not connect to BQ06 with your phone via Bluetooth?
1. Please clear the Bluetooth history of the cell phone and host.
2. Restart the BQ06, and try connecting again.
What temperature does it resist?
Above insert line:-4~572°F
Below insert line:-4~212°F
Please make sure the insertion line on the probe is completely covered by the meat; otherwise, the probe may be damaged due to excessive temperature.
