How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Nylavee products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

  1. Processing Time
    Generally it takes 1-2 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays. Orders will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday.
  2. Delivery Time
    We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
  3. Change of Delivery Address
    NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
  4. Order Tracking
    If you have already registered on nylavee.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.
  5. Order Cancellation
    If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
  6. Shipping Details
    We offer standard Shipping on all orders. 
    Estimated Handling Days: 1-2 business days;
    Estimated Transit Days: 3-7 business days;
Note:
Handling Days: The Handling Day tells you when a package leaves our warehouse.
Transit Days: The Transit Day is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer. Actual delivery dates may vary due to various factors such as shipping delays, weather conditions, etc.
