FAQ-WH01

There are several ways to check the battery level on Rythflo neckband Bluetooth headphones:

1. On Your Device: The battery level of the connected Bluetooth device is displayed in the status bar or in the Bluetooth settings menu.

2. LED Indicators: Our Rythflo neckband Bluetooth headphones have LED indicators that show different colors or blink patterns to indicate battery levels.

- Battery Low: Red flashing

- Chagring: Red Solid

- Full Charged: White Solid( WH02/WH03-Blue Solid)

3. Voice Prompts: Battery Low voice alert when the battery is low.

4. Battery Widget: On iOS devices, you can add the battery widget to your home screen to see the battery levels of connected Bluetooth devices.

Please try the following solutions:

1. Check Bluetooth Settings:

- Open the “Settings” on your phone.

- Go to “Connections” > “Bluetooth”.

- Find and tap on the connected Rythflo neckband Bluetooth headphones.

- Ensure that the “Calls” option is enabled and the “Audio Device Type”option is Headphones.

2. Reconnect the Headphones

- In the “Bluetooth” settings, disconnect and forget the bluetooth headphones.

- Re-search and pair the headphones again.

3. Restart Devices:

Restart both your phone and the Rythflo neckband Bluetooth headphones.

4. Bluetooth Configuration:

- Check the audio output settings for phone calls in “Settings” > “Sound and vibration” > “Audio output”.

5. Reset the Headphones:

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Avoid Interference:

Ensure there are no physical obstacles or electronic devices interfering with the Bluetooth signal between your headphones and phone.

2. Check for Sweat or Moisture:

Excessive sweating during exercise can affect the performance of your headphones. Make sure the headphones have good water resistance and wipe them dry after use. P.s. The short circuit is caused by sweat entering into the headset sound channel port, or sweat on the neck flowing down the headset cable to the location of the charging port. And after a long time sweat will corrode the product, the subsequent may not turn on the phenomenon. But the sports in-line Bluetooth headphone on the market is difficult to circumvent the emergence of such problems.

If the issue persists, contact Rythflo customer support to check if the headphones send a replacement.

If your Rythflo neckband Bluetooth headphones frequently disconnect from your phone within a short period, you can try the following solutions:

1. Check Battery Status:

Ensure both your headphones and phone are sufficiently charged. Low battery levels can cause unstable connections.

2. Use Within Range & No physical obstacles between the headphones and the phone:

- Ensure the phone and headphones are within the recommended Bluetooth range (within 10 meters) and try to avoid barriers like walls.

- Avoid using the headphones in environments with many electronic devices that might interfere with the Bluetooth signal.

3. Disable Multi-Device Connection:

If the headphones are connected to multiple devices, try connecting them to only one device to reduce potential interference.

Our neckband Bluetooth headphones do feature magnetic ends, allowing the earbuds to connect magnetically for easy storage.

However, please note that this magnetic connection does not automatically pause the music or resume playback when the earbuds are separated. For uninterrupted listening, you will need to manually pause and play your music using your device or the headphone controls.

Easy to Use Comfortable Neckband/Headphones

Since my foldable retractable earbud bluetooth neckband was stolen i was forced to search for another.I choose this RY-WH01 because of the high reviews. I really like that this headphone neckband is light in weight therefore very comfortable and does not hurt my neck when using it for hours at a time. The bluetooth works great ("operator" lady has a nice voice) it connects the android s22 ultra with ease and stays connected while venturing all over the house and even outside.Listening to audiobooks and youtubeis my favorite so for that purpose the sound is great and clear (actually it sounds better with the headphones than listening with just the phone speakers). I have answered calls with these headphones and the callers say the clarity is great, I could also hear them loudly and clearly. It comes with easy to read/follow instructions and many ear buds/pieces in different sizes. I do like the magnetic mechanism bud feature, keeping the buds from swinging all over when not in my ears. The red cord "pops" which i like, they're easier to see and find. I have not found these headphones to be noise canceling so when cutting the lawn, earmuffs are needed over the buds. It also comes with a C Type charging cord for fast charging. The price is higher than the retractable buds I purchased before but the lighter weight and staying connected outweigh the retractable feature the other neckband had. After a few months of using, I am very pleased with these well preforming, nice sounding, comfortable, wireless headphones.

Better for Sleep Than...

These are a nice pair of earphones. And they're better for sleep than those headband straps. Also, they have a nice balance sound for music with a good amount of highs, mid-tones, and bass. Plus, they have a nice long battery life where they only go down about 10% per night.

B thinks I will NOT have to replace!

I purchased these fantastic earbuds months and a half ago! By now all others that I have purchased which has been about three or four different brands either have broken stop working or I've lost them and I rarely have to charge them. Some of the perks of why they're still working and why I haven't lost them is due to the way they are made, they wrap around your neck comfortably and I have had been tipped over under a car and not lost them I actually have a hard time getting them off sometimes because they're so springy! They also come with double sets of ear bud sizes and colors so if you have small or large ear canals they got ones that fit all of them and they send you two of each and their color coded. The ultimate test was mistakenly before I stepped in the shower I was listening to music and then stepped in and thought that was the end. Well took them off then dryed them off and to my amazement they're still working fantastic no crackling no nothing just like brand new out of the box the only way these things are going to get replaced is if I lose them and that's going to be tough so for the money the quality longevity durability is A #1

Good pair of Bluetooth headphones!

I use headphones daily & tend to go through them somewhat quickly so I don't want to spend too much on a pair. For the price point, these are great! Clear sound, lightweight, long battery life & comfortable wearing a considerable amount of time. Noise cancellation isn't a factor for me but if it was, I don't think I'd be as happy with purchase but like I said, it's not a feature that is important to me so I'm happy!Edit - I added a picture of the headphones to show the unusual shape of the part right behind the earpiece..no headphones fit in my ears so I have to use an ear hook to keep the headphone in place. The unusual shape of these headphones makes it difficult to fit an ear hook on..it's not impossible & I think mine will stay on but they won't just slip on like I was used to. Not a big deal but thought it was worth mentioning for ppl who use the hooks. Still super happy with my purchase! The battery life is amazing!!!

Fantastic Bluetooth 5.2 Neckband Earphones

I recently upgraded from an iPhone 6S Plus to an iPhone 14 Pro Max. One feature I gave up in the upgrade was the 3.5mm headphone jack which I used to plug in my Skullcandy Ink’d In-Ear earphones to listen to audiobooks or music as I fell asleep. I tried using the Tribit FlyBuds C1, Tribit FlyBuds C2, and Tribit FlyBuds 3 Bluetooth earbuds to listen as I fell asleep, but my ears would simply hurt the next morning from the hard plastic of the earbuds. What I needed was a Bluetooth replacement for my Skullcandy Ink’d In-Ear earphones. It was then that I remembered that prior to the popularity of Bluetooth earbuds you could purchase Bluetooth neckband earphones. Skullcandy has their version, but I settled on the Rythflo Bluetooth Headphones, 5.2 Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds w/mic in-ear Magnetic Neckband Earphone. The first thing you notice is the excellent build quality. The front cavity of the headphone (near the magnetic part) is made of metal while the near part of the earbuds is made of plastic. This gives the Rythflo earbuds a very solid feel that fits comfortably in your ear. The shape of the earbud also makes it easy to grasp to insert and remove from your ear. The earbuds are clearly labeled for the left (L) and right (R) channels so there is no confusion over which ear the earbuds go into. As advertised the earbuds will connect together magnetically which keeps them from getting tangled up; a feature I did not realize was so convenient and useful until I started using these headphones. The controls are dead simple with a single Multi-Function Button (MFB) and Volume Up and Down Buttons. I particularly like the USB-C connector for charging versus the older style Micro-USB connector used on older Bluetooth devices. This means I have to carry around fewer varieties of charging cables for my portable devices. I used the Rythyflo for nearly a week (using them to listen to music or an audiobook as I fell asleep) before I had to recharge them. They definitely live up to their claim of 30 hours of battery life before needing a recharge. The audio quality is top-notch as well. The best part of these earbuds is that they are much smaller than my old Skullcandy Ink’d earbuds and sit very comfortably in my ears. I now wake up in the morning with absolutely no ear pain after falling asleep with them in my ears throughout the night. I highly recommend the Rythflo Bluetooth Headphones, 5.2 Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds w/mic in-ear Magnetic Neckband Earphone for anyone else finding themselves in a similar situation.
