Headphones are great. Canceled all surrounding noise. Fit and movement is comfortable.Sound is good and clear but not as loud as my other major brand headphones. They were easy to set up and easy to use.Overall good quality purchase

Worked for a year and then one day the left side quit. Reached out to the manufacturer as the Amazon warranty had expired. Sent the manufacturer my purchase info. Was still in factory warranty. Sent me a replacement pair. All within 5 days. Good customer service goes a long way with me. Headphones are great as well. They aren’t beats. Or some other zillion dollar pair. But they sound great, full and balanced. I wear them all day at work and have no fatigue whatsoever.

I tend to use headphones or earbuds a lot. The time between necessary charging is the big seller on these, and the extended uninterrupted usability is great!As has happened to me with other headphones, the ear cushions came apart after about 4 months of admittedly heavy, but normal usage. The warranty was still in effect, and support was friendly and helpful in sending out replacements. So, A+ on that front.Given the price, it's hard to really find fault with these headphones. The features work as advertised. There is one little thing if I'm being super knit-picky, and that's for whatever reason the play/pause button doesn't always work to resume playing for me. So, that one thing hasn't been as reliable for me as it has been with other headphones.If I was able to influence in headphones design in general, not specifically these. I would ask for a little less dependence on plastic especially in structural stress point areas and joints. I've had the plastic on headphones from multiple companies crack and fall apart long before battery life became an issue. Also, more durable ear cushions, perhaps silicon? Ear cushions are always the first thing to fail on me with headphones. Failing more durable ear cushions, or in addition to... I'd say every headphone company should at least provide easy to find and purchase ear cushion replacements for sale. So, that if the headphones outlast the warranty, replacements would still be available as a possible avenue to extend the life of the product.Anyhow, that's my 2 cents. Hopefully, someone finds it useful.

As described. One of my favorite features is the long battery life!

Great product. Battery lasts a really long time. Noise canceling works great. Connects to devices easily and stays connected. Product has a warranty and is easy to get a replacement. Would recommend. Have owned one for over a year. Bought one for my wife and she loves it too.
