Is there a way to check battery level？
There are several ways to check the battery level on Rythflo neckband Bluetooth headphones:
1. On Your Device: The battery level of the connected Bluetooth device is displayed in the status bar or in the Bluetooth settings menu.
2. LED Indicators: Our Rythflo neckband Bluetooth headphones have LED indicators that show different colors or blink patterns to indicate battery levels.
- Battery Low: Red flashing
- Chagring: Red Solid
- Full Charged: White Solid( WH02/WH03-Blue Solid)
3. Voice Prompts: Battery Low voice alert when the battery is low.
4. Battery Widget: On iOS devices, you can add the battery widget to your home screen to see the battery levels of connected Bluetooth devices.
The two devices have been connected successfully, but the phone only has media sound but no sound for calls?
Please try the following solutions:
1. Check Bluetooth Settings:
- Open the “Settings” on your phone.
- Go to “Connections” > “Bluetooth”.
- Find and tap on the connected Rythflo neckband Bluetooth headphones.
- Ensure that the “Calls” option is enabled and the “Audio Device Type”option is Headphones.
2. Reconnect the Headphones
- In the “Bluetooth” settings, disconnect and forget the bluetooth headphones.
- Re-search and pair the headphones again.
3. Restart Devices:
Restart both your phone and the Rythflo neckband Bluetooth headphones.
4. Bluetooth Configuration:
- Check the audio output settings for phone calls in “Settings” > “Sound and vibration” > “Audio output”.
5. Reset the Headphones:
The headphones suddenly stopped working while exercising, and then worked again a little while later. Is it broken?
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Avoid Interference:
Ensure there are no physical obstacles or electronic devices interfering with the Bluetooth signal between your headphones and phone.
2. Check for Sweat or Moisture:
Excessive sweating during exercise can affect the performance of your headphones. Make sure the headphones have good water resistance and wipe them dry after use. P.s. The short circuit is caused by sweat entering into the headset sound channel port, or sweat on the neck flowing down the headset cable to the location of the charging port. And after a long time sweat will corrode the product, the subsequent may not turn on the phenomenon. But the sports in-line Bluetooth headphone on the market is difficult to circumvent the emergence of such problems.
If the issue persists, contact Rythflo customer support to check if the headphones send a replacement.
The headset is connected to the phone, but the headset disconnects multiple times?
If your Rythflo neckband Bluetooth headphones frequently disconnect from your phone within a short period, you can try the following solutions:
1. Check Battery Status:
Ensure both your headphones and phone are sufficiently charged. Low battery levels can cause unstable connections.
2. Use Within Range & No physical obstacles between the headphones and the phone:
- Ensure the phone and headphones are within the recommended Bluetooth range (within 10 meters) and try to avoid barriers like walls.
- Avoid using the headphones in environments with many electronic devices that might interfere with the Bluetooth signal.
3. Disable Multi-Device Connection:
If the headphones are connected to multiple devices, try connecting them to only one device to reduce potential interference.
Are the ends magnetic？ When the earbuds connect magnetically, does this pause the music and pick up where you left off when you separate them?
Our Rythflo neckband Bluetooth headphones do feature magnetic ends, allowing the earbuds to connect magnetically for easy storage.
However, please note that this magnetic connection does not automatically pause the music or resume playback when the earbuds are separated. For uninterrupted listening, you will need to manually pause and play your music using your device or the headphone controls.

Rythflo continues to impress me and these absolutely blew me away! I use my neckband headphones for sleeping to drown out noisy neighbors and I've tried so many brands. Sennheiser, Beats, LG and several others from Amazon. These are absolutely number one. In my picture I have them next to a pair of Beats Flex's. You can see just from the build quality that the Beats are just flimsy and don't stay put too well. But the sound is where these really clean up. First....the volume....most headphones these days don't get very loud. Airpods, Beats, they all have a pretty low volume cap. These things are like having 2 or three more clicks up. They will blow your ears out of you want them too. And the bass....wow. You can feel it in your ear canal if you make sure to use the correct tips. The ONLY other headphones I own that have more bass are my Crusher Evos. Yes, they are in a league of their own but these have some really impressive bass. I will admit, it gets a little muddy at full volume but I attribute that to them being super loud. Even with the bass-heavy signature, they have really clear highs and good mids. The sound quality blows the Flex's out of the water and could easily compete with Sennheiser's Momentum neckband but with more volume and bass. Battery life is really good, I get multiple nights use out of them......they last longer than any others I have except for my crushers. Lastly, they have excellent customer service. I started out with the first gen version (WH-01) and was so impressed I emailed them asking about future versions. Kenna has replied to every one of my emails and even let me know about an upcoming sale and some other good deals. You can't ask for much more. Rythflo is growing quickly from what she wrote and I look forward to even more impressive products from them. No, I wasn't paid to write this. I have just been so impressed I really want to. Buy these headphones!
Best sounding Aptx headphones I've had yet by some margin. Even when getting loud the fidelity is good, but they do get loud fast. Battery life is heavy use, about a day and a half. Charging is wonderfully quick.Also, when one pair I had developed an issue on one side where the sound stopped, customer service was fairly prompt in sending me a replacement. Happy about that but I hope no more issues arise with the new pair.
I have ordered several pairs of these headphones and they are by far my favorite! I do most of my work outside and on loud equipment. I need ear protection and boredom busting entertainment. I use these to listen to books (Audible) or Music. The books/music is loud and clear and the earphones do well to block out the noise of everything from the mower, blower and tractor. They also hold up well to sweat and the occasional rain shower. The buttons are easy to press, even with gloves on. I definitely give these 5 stars!
I'm in mid-30s. I've been gaming and listening to music since my teens. I've gone through many earphones. This is the best one I have ever used. It's comfortable, symmetrically balanced, cords are long enough, loud, low latency, USB-C, waterproof, and the battery lasts long.I'd prefer clicks and beeps than robot voices (it's female fwi) for notifications though, but it's okay.
I finally got around to doing a review on these. I got them to replace a much loved LG set that finally died. The price on these was low and so were my expectations. My mistake. I love these. They have a long battery life, the sound it good, and they connect easily to whatever I want. The controls are intuitive, so no learning curve on a new item! I really like that.I use them for ebooks, podcasts, and TV. I can't say how they'd be for music as that's not my thing, but for everything else, you can't go wrong here.
