This was exactly as advertised - excellent product in all ways. I researched a lot of neckband headphones which are extremely useful for listening while walking, and most importantly in airplanes, where you don't want to plug into a screen unit with a wire and take it out every time someone in the aisle need to get by you. Here's the bottom line on this model : these are very substantive with a light but solid weight which is not annoying and pleasantly sturdy in comparison to others, which can be too heavy or too thin. The band is strong but highly flexible and not loose and rests easily on my (normal ) neck - you hardly feel it but it feels comfortably there. The earbuds are angled and fit easily in the ear with three sets of different sized replacements, and the connectivity is automatic and easy to turn on and off. The remarkable charge is as advertised of 150 hours without recharging - more than enough and way beyond others at this price range and kind. The charging slot is on the small volume control stick and is a bit tiny but not a real problem. On the sound, the blue tooth range covered a two level house, which was remarkable. To use on a plane, all you need to do is buy a blue tooth connectivity fob, and this set connects automatically with one I bought also and tested. The sound is good and solid if not high Fidelity (at this price one should not expect that). Some reviewers have complained that the sound is a bit muffled, but I don't find that to be the case - and note if you use Spotify or other streaming services you can adjust the modalities of the sound (bass, treble etc.) on those apps and that solves any sound quality issues. I specifically tested this on rock, soul, opera and finger picking legends like Doc Watson and all the notes were very good to excellent. For news and podcasts no issues at all with sound either. Nor for phone calls, which are clear and crisp. You should purchase a case for your headset as Rythflo does not sell them - look for heart shaped case(s) on Amazon for neckband head sets as there are several out there. I found the one I reviewed excellent also under my moniker LDE. So no complaints there either. A perfect solution for folks like me who can't deal with earbuds - or won't take the risk of losing them . Enjoy
