Do they have multipoint capability?
RY-AC01 do not have multipoint capability. This means they cannot connect to multiple devices simultaneously. For the best performance, we recommend connecting the headphones to one device at a time.
Additionally, if the primary (Right) and secondary (Left) earbuds are not paired together, each earbud can be used independently as a single earphone. This allows for more flexibility in certain situations.
How do you charge this? Can you charge in the case in case it runs out of battery?
Here's how you can charge them:
Charging Time：1.5 ~ 2Hrs
1. Using the Charging Case( Make sure the case has enough battery):
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are properly seated and the magnetic connectors are aligned.
The charging case will automatically start charging the earbuds.
Low battery: Red light fashes every 5s
Charging: Red light solid
Fully charged: Light off
2. Charging the Case:
- Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a USB power source, such as a computer, power bank, or USB wall adapter.
The charging case will charge both itself and the earbuds when they are placed inside.
1%-30%: Red light fashes
31%-70%: Orange light fashes
71%-99%: Green light fashes
Fully charged: Green light solid
Only one connects sometimes the right one sometimes the left one./Both side don't pair at the same time.
If you are experiencing issues where only one earbud connects, please follow the steps below to reset and repair the connection:
Reset the Heaphones:
- Place both the left and right earbuds into the charging case.
- Ensure the earbuds are powered off.
- Long press both the left and right earbud buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds.
After resetting the earbuds, you will need to re-pair them with your device.

Better than I expected. First of all, I often forget I have them on. They are so light and comfortable. They stay on while moving and don't shift off. I was concerned and a little doubtful about having it sit outside my ear. I've had the old school earbuds and bone connection before and these are the best I've had! The sound is clear and crisp. It sounds great for music or audio books. Calls are easily managed. My ears don't get hot when I'm exercising. Charging is fast and the case is sturdy. All in all I would get these again and definitely recommend them to anyone needing headphones.
Bass is present, sometimes, although it is mainly just mid bass. Treble is more or less clear. Vocals are O.K. and decent at best. Not quite worth the price, unless you buy them with a big discount. The overall isn’t very loud when in dynamic public and loud environments, they do well in quieter locations.Overall, 6.85/10.I will update after a few more days of use and at work.
The only issue I have had with these amazing earphones is the pairing of both in the beginning. Since then they’ve worked perfectly. I cannot even tell that they’re on my ear. Love them! Bye bye AirPods!
