FAQ-BC01

We use a magnetic USB charging method. To charge your bone conduction headphones, use the magnetic USB charging cable provided in the package. Attach the magnetic side to the right ear side of the headphones and connect the USB side to a computer or USB charging port.

At 70% volume, our bone conduction headphones can last for 8 hours on a full charge.

Bone conduction headphones transmit sound to your inner ear through the bones of your skull. This allows you to listen to music or other audio without blocking your ear canal, providing a safer and more comfortable listening experience.

Yes, bone conduction headphones can be used with hearing aids. Since they don't obstruct the ear canal, they are compatible with most types of hearing aids. However, we recommend consulting with your audiologist for personalized advice.

To clean your bone conduction headphones:

1. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior.

2. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging the headphones in water.

3. Dry thoroughly before using them again.

Our bone conduction headphones can easily handle rainy weather. With an IP67 waterproof, it can be submerged in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes. However, Bluetooth signals do not transmit well underwater, so we recommend switching to MP3 mode to avoid any disruption in your listening experience.

1. Turn on your bone conduction headphones and listen for the "Bluetooth Mode" and "Pairing" prompts.

2. Enable Bluetooth on your device.

3. Select the headphones from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

4. Once connected, you should hear a confirmation tone.

If your bone conduction headphones are not working properly:

1. Ensure they are fully charged.

2. Check the Bluetooth connection.

3. Restart both the headphones and your device.

Comparing Rythflo and Shokz

I really wanted to like these. At first they were great - clear sound, great microphone, easy setup. But there were a few major drawbacks, so I bought a pair of Shokz for the same price and decided to do a head to head. And the bottom line is that I'm not keeping either of them.- Sound quality: The Rythflo has better sound quality - it's quite clear and not tinny. The Shokz sound quality is tinnier and more buzzy.- Volume: The Rythflo volume is louder than Shokz but not loud enough for me to understand my podcast while commuting on the Metro. Otherwise, it is okay. Maybe it would be better if I used the included earplugs, though that seems to defeat the purpose of this headphone style. Shokz is much buzzier at a high volume. Not sure how it would hold up in the Metro because I didnt wear it for that commute, but I don't foresee it being better.- Microphone: Rythflo has a clearer microphone than Shokz according to the person at the other end, who said I was "very clear!" when in a quiet environment. But it seemed to pick up ambient noise and was extremely loud at the other end when there was an announcement or something around me (e.g., while commuting). So it works well in quiet environments, but not in busier ones. The Shokz microphone has a bit of an echo on the other end. I didn't get to try it in such a loud atmosphere.- Setup: Setup for both Rythflo and Shokz is extremely easy.- Case: Rythflo comes with a much nicer protective case (see photo). Shokz comes with a bag that provides little real protection.- Charging: Rythflo has its own proprietary charger which is magnetic and seem to work fine. Shokz uses a USB-C charger, which is more standard.- Buttons: Shokz wins this one with a cool integrated botton on the outside that is much easier to find than fiddling with the buttons on the Rythflo to answer a call or whatever. But I'm sure the Rythflo is manageable once you get used to it.- Fit: This was the killer. I don't know about your ears, but the sharp shape of Rythflo put pressure on the back of my ears that was quite painful after wearing them for a bit (see photo). Shokz, on the other hand, put pressure on my jaw hinge so when I talked while using them I got a very sharp headache. Not sure it it was also because the Shokz are very magnetic - does that cause headaches? But the Shokz were otherwise more comfortable for my ears. Neither of them can be worn well while lying down because of the back band.I gave both three stars and am returning both. Still on the hunt for great headphones.

The Best bone conducting headphones by far!!!!

Absolutely the best bone conducting headphones I’ve ever owned. I have had 3 others and this pair by far is the best. The sound is great, the buttons are the perfect size and easy to use. So far the battery life is exactly what was stated in the description. Awesome product and case

Great but the bluetooth mode volume is too soft.

I shall provide a short review. Hope it does helpConnectivity - Great, and it supports multipoint. I need it to link to both of my phones. I can say this is the only bone conduction that i found out with multipoint function.Battery life - The battery life is good, can last 8 hours as claimed. With the LED light on, it shall only last for 2 to 3 hours approximately.Suitability for swimming - Been using it for my daily 1 hour morning swimming. I can do freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly and it is not going to drop off. However i felt a bit loose with backstroke.Sound - The mp3 mode sound was good & loud enough. But in Bluetooth mode, it is going to disappoint. It was soft even at maximum, either hearing music or hearing phone calls. The other party can hear clearly though. Have to improve the Bluetooth mode volume level.

Great for Swimming!

Bought these for swimming and it's a game changer! Bluetooth works great, but being able to load MP3 files onto the flash memory and play music offline of Bluetooth really sets these headphones apart from the other ones available on Amazon. I swim for 30 minutes/session and had no issues with the water, no issues with it interfering with my goggles. Headphones never skipped playing MP3s offline. The bass & audio quality isn't the same as my true over-the-ear headphones but I expected that, and more than good enough. Bone conduction allows you to listen to music while still listening to the environment. Highly recommended!, especially for swimmers.

Not bad

I bought these to wear on airplanes with my EarPlanes. I have a difficult time hearing over the cabin noise especially during takeoff. I love using these at work so I can hear the phone ring and my coworkers talking to me. They’re also great in my old vehicle with crap speakers and allow me to hear sirens. I like the light for safety when walking in the dark.I wish they were adjustable or came in different sizes as my head is small. They’re lightweight, so most of the time I forget they’re on. Haven’t tried using them with phone calls as I have a learning curve with that, but excited to try it out soon.Great headphones at an excellent price. Amazing customer service. Original pair stopped working on one side. I contacted customer service to inquire about the warranty and was sent a new set. Lifetime warranty is included! Thank you, Rythflo!
