Great customer service

It sounds like a much bigger, much more expensive soundbar. Customer service was on point when I needed assistance and I'm happy with my purchase. Looks good and does not take up too much space.i can recommend this product.

Questionable longevity but great customer supprt

Customer support is great! Over a year after buying the sound bar itself started distorting (not extremely confidence inspiring but it’s cheappp). They sent me a brand new replacement totally free within a week with one email. Hard to complain. It’s certainly not hifi quality but you get what you pay for. It’s loud, fairly clear, sub can even be overpowering but you can adjust that specifically down (I was expecting it to be underwhelming if anything but pleasantly surprised) and they sent a free replacement no questions asked long after return date. Recommend for a clear boost over tv speaker quality and party speaker for a medium to large size room.

Wonderful sound for such a reasonable price!!

Great and reasonably priced sound bar! Remote is fine, and easy to adjust to movie, dialogue or music. Sound is great!! My only qualm is the annoying announcement every time you turn it on - it insists on shouting connection type and mode. I checked with manufacturer and there is no way of disabling this feature.Also, it does not include an HDMI-Arc cable, so you have to provide that yourself.The whole thing is sleek and well-designed and appears to be made of quality components. My version has Dolby sound, but I don't think that newer versions do.Great bang for the buck!
