バッテリー残量を確認する方法はありますか？
ネックバンド Bluetooth ヘッドフォンのバッテリー レベルを確認する方法はいくつかあります。
1. デバイス上: 接続された Bluetooth デバイスのバッテリー レベルは、ステータス バーまたは Bluetooth 設定メニューに表示されます。

2 つのデバイスは正常に接続されましたが、電話にはメディア サウンドのみがあり、通話のサウンドがありません。
次の解決策を試してください。
1. Bluetooth設定を確認します。

2. ヘッドフォンを再接続する
- 「Bluetooth」設定で、Bluetoothヘッドフォンを切断して削除します。
- ヘッドフォンを再度検索してペアリングします。
3. デバイスを再起動します。
携帯電話とRythfloネックバンドBluetoothヘッドフォンの両方を再起動します。
4. Bluetooth設定:
- 「設定」>「サウンドとバイブレーション」>「オーディオ出力」で、通話のオーディオ出力設定を確認します。
5. ヘッドフォンをリセットします。
運動中にヘッドホンが突然使えなくなり、しばらくすると再び使えるようになりました。故障でしょうか？
次のトラブルシューティング手順を試してください。
1. 干渉を避ける:
ヘッドフォンと携帯電話間の Bluetooth 信号に干渉する物理的な障害物や電子機器がないことを確認してください。
2. 汗や湿気がないか確認する
運動中の過度の発汗は、ヘッドホンの性能に影響を与える可能性があります。ヘッドホンが防水性を備えていることを確認し、使用後はしっかりと拭いて乾かしてください。ちなみに、ショートは、汗がヘッドホンのサウンドチャンネルポートに入ったり、首筋の汗がヘッドホンのケーブルを伝って充電ポートに流れ込んだりすることで発生します。また、長時間放置すると汗によって製品が腐食し、その後電源が入らなくなることもあります。しかし、市販のスポーツ用インラインBluetoothヘッドホンでは、このような問題の発生を回避することは困難です。
問題が解決しない場合は、Rythflo カスタマー サポートに連絡して、ヘッドフォンの交換品が送られるかどうかを確認してください。
ヘッドセットは電話機に接続されていますが、ヘッドセットの接続が何度も切断されます。
Rythflo ネックバンド Bluetooth ヘッドフォンが短時間に頻繁に携帯電話から切断される場合は、次の解決策を試してください。

I've had these forever. I've bought them twice. They take like three days to die from a full charge and they're super comfortable. I also like that they have wires so I don't lose them. They super durable and have great bass.
I give this neckband earbuds a 5 out of 5 the battery life is insane. When I receive them they was charged at 100 percent and I been using these all day at work for 2 days in a row on one single charged and still have yet to charge them. So battery life is definitely not a issue. 150hrs of playback time is crazy. They fit pretty good and the bass and mids sounds clear and crisp.
